My Health Daily Inserts
Introducing a member of the Meaningful Planner Insert family! Want to get your health goals back on track or live a healthier lifestyle? These daily My Health inserts are designed to fit right into your planner perfectly! Use them with the Taking Care of My Business or My Life Weekly Inserts and you can still view your week at a glance on the left and then see your daily Health goals on the right. Pop one in each morning or insert 7 between your weekly spread pages. You can remove them at the end of the day, and just flip to the left to see your master task list on the right.
This page is designed to track your meals, supplements, water, exercise, carbs/calories, self-care and workouts. On the backside, it has prompts and room for journaling your challenges and successes. Health goals are usually hard to get going and make them stick, so this is sure to help!
The Reset Girl says: I use them with my LETTER size inserts (see pics attached) and they make an awesome team! The smaller A5 size allows me to keep an eye on the daily insert but still work on my letter size planning pages. I use A5 with letter size all the time and I love it! The A5 pages are perfect little reminder pages in this format.
