Refund/Return Policy

The Reset Girl team works hard to make sure you are thrilled with each and every order. We offer a 30 - day return policy on most unused, unopened products. Depending upon the nature of the return, we will usually offer either a refund or a store credit.

  • All return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
  • If the original shipping box or envelope is damaged please keep as it may be needed for filing a claim later. You should also photograph your damaged packaging should evidence of damage be needed to file a claim.
  • Sale and clearance items are not returnable.
  • Refund will be minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges
  • Please be sure to pack any returns carefully to prevent damage during shipment.

For domestic returns (in the U.S.) we will gladly issue a store credit for items valued at $10.00 and under. For items valued at $10.01 and higher, we will usually give you the choice between a store credit or replacement of the item(s). orders outside the U.S., any return valued at $24.00 or less will be issued a store credit. At $25.01 and higher, we will usually give you the choice between a store credit or replacement.

 

All return claims will be considered on an individual basis.

 

Our return Process:

 

  • Please contact us as soon as you notice any damage or defect in your product(s).
  • Follow our instructions if we ask you to return any product(s) to us.
  • Returns are normally processed within 3 business days of receiving your claim or your returned item(s).
  • Gift returns will be settled with the original purchaser.
  • Returns on purchased downloadable products are not allowed
